By registering you confirm that online sports betting and casino gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are the sole account holder. betano is currently licensed for operation in the United Kingdom (UKGC) and Ontario, Canada (AGCO).
Each member may hold only one betano account. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are processed at betano in line with UKGC and AGCO regulatory obligations.
betano deposits are processed as quickly as the payment method permits. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and identity verification status. betano's standard betting limits are $0.01 minimum and $100,000 maximum per bet, with VIP custom limits available.
The betano welcome bonus and all other promotions carry specific wagering requirements, eligible markets and expiry dates disclosed at the time of the offer. betano's Missions free bets are credited upon completing the relevant daily or weekly challenge. betano may withdraw or amend promotional offers at any time.
betano's Bet Builder allows combinations of 2 to 7 compatible markets from the same event. Not all market combinations are available — compatibility is determined by betano's trading system at the time of bet placement. Bet Builder bets settled as Cash Out will receive the Cash Out value rather than the full combined return. betano reserves the right to limit Bet Builder availability on specific markets or events.
betano Cash Out is offered at betano's discretion and may not be available on all bets or markets. Cash Out values update in real time and betano is not liable for any difference between the value displayed and the value received at the moment of confirmation. Partial Cash Out values are calculated proportionally by betano's trading system.
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, arbitrage strategies or any exploitative method at betano. betano reserves the right to void bets, restrict accounts and permanently close accounts where conduct violations are identified, including misuse of betano Bet Builder or Missions promotions.
betano is provided on an "as is" basis. betano and Kaizen Gaming are not liable for losses from technical interruptions, live feed delays, payment processing issues or your own betting decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
betano may update these terms to reflect service, regulatory or promotional changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of betano after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
