When you create a betano account we collect information required to verify your identity and deliver our services — including your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and payment details. We also collect technical data including IP address, device type and activity on the betano platform.
betano uses your information to verify your identity and age per UKGC and AGCO licensing requirements, process deposits and withdrawals, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud, send account and promotional notifications, and improve the betano platform experience.
